Hello world!. I have learned to close my eyes in order to see and hear. Closing my eyes I shut out the noises of the distractions that surrounded me, and I opened my ears to discover the noises within me. I began listening to the flow of blood through my veins. I began listening to the drumbeats of my heart. I listened hard until i heard the voices of my thoughts. I pushed pass the loud voices that rambled and raged. I bid them silent as I reached for the quiet voice within. The voice that said to me, “I love you. I have been waiting for you. Take my hand.” Unafraid, I reached out…. and my life has never been the same.
