I saw on social media where someone wrote and shared to a group a post stating that Satan was winning because churches was closing.
This person missed the memo. Satan didn’t win. He lost again.
WE are the church. The brick building is where the church meets.
So whenever I, or any other believer, who know that they are the church sit down with their opened Bible prepare to study, the church is in attendance.
Satan can’t cancel us. We just shifted. And came out from under the bondage of 4 walls.
No different from back in the days of the early church:
Now those who had been scattered by the persecution that broke out when Stephen was killed traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch, spreading the word only among Jews.
Some of them, however, men from Cyprus and Cyrene, went to Antioch and began to speak to Greeks also, telling them the good news about the Lord Jesus.
The Lord’s hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.
News of this reached the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. When he arrived and saw what the grace of God had done, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord. – Acts 11:19-24
Now we are taking over the internet which gives us worldwide reach (into the highways and byways).
And the person that originally wrote this needs to consider this…
Over 2000 years ago Jesus purposely chose Judas to get him to the cross. (Satan didn’t win when Judas betrayed Jesus. Jesus needed Judas.)
When Jesus was whipped bled and died (Satan didn’t win then either.) By his stripes I’m healed. With His death I am debt free.
If I am called to sleep in the grave for a little while that’s okay too because Jesus conquered death. He rose from the grave with ALL power in his hands. He now sits at the right hand of the Father, and he now holds the keys to death and Hades. He will release those from the grave before he raptures the living. (See 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)
So please don’t be fooled into thinking Satan wins at anything. He lost over 2000 years ago and…
…everytime an unbeliever has a change of heart;
every time a believer rejects temptation;
every time we boldly confess with our mouth that Jesus is our Lord and Savior…
Then Satan loses again,and again, and again.
It’s time we come out from the constraints of the walls, and go into all the earth with our testimony. It’s time we go to where the people are.
We are the church. Hallelujah!!! And a brick wall didn’t put that praise in my mouth.
(Don’t let the devil trick you into believing he won at anything. The only way that liar can get any type of footing and hold is when we give it to him with our disobedience. )
Ask GOD (Jeremiah 33:3)
Every time we open God’s Word and sit down before it, not just to read but to study and hear from the Lord, the devil is further confirmed to be a loser.
Fist bump if you are living proof that the devil is still a loser.
