I just had to share this testimony here on this platform. And I have something to add…

King Jesus just showed me this through the Holy Spirit and I almost forgot it because of all of the distractions happening around me but the Holy Spirit just reminded me so I can share this with you.

James 5: 14-15

Now let’s talk about sickness:
Sickness is when you have both disease and illness.

Disease is something that needs to be cured.

Illness is something that needs to be managed.

Again sickness is with both disease and illness is present.

Now read James 5:13

Is anyone among you suffering.
Suffering is illness. It is pain. It is discomfort. It is weakness. Etc etc.

Father says when you are experiencing illness (suffering) that you are to pray.

Now what you need to know about illness is that if you do not address the illness then it can develop into a disease.

Therefore, if you look back at James 5:13-15 you will see that

1. At James 5:13, The illness is addressed first and the instruction is that we are told to pray.
2. Illness untreated can result in disease.
3. Sickness is when both disease and illness is present.
4. At James 5:14-15, we are now addressing sickness. We are told to call for the elders of the church.

Get this, when Jesus was on earth and a person was healed he told them to present themselves to the priests.

Case in point: the story of the 10 lepers.

And with the healing Jesus always told them that what made them well was their

I hope y’all are catching this.

Oh and here is something else the Holy Spirit showed me.

I have heard man say “well God gave the doctors wisdom” in their avocation for why it is that we are to take whatever the doctors tell us.

But the truth is doctors usually attend college for 6 to 8 years and maybe a little longer if they are specializing in a particular field. Their knowledge comes from their studies and internship.

But let me show you from the word of God what it looks when God pours his wisdom knowledge and understanding upon you.

1. Exodus 31: 3 there was no attendance of college or universities.
2. Daniel 2:24-45 wisdom of God does not require one to sit for years training under another man.
3. Luke 2:40,51-52; John 12:44-49 Jesus was taught by God not in the universities of man.
4. Acts 4:13 the Apostles of Jesus were identified as being uneducated and untrained AND it was recognized that they had been with Jesus oowee
5. 1 Corinthians 1:18-31 the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God

It boils down to this…

Whose report will you believe?
God’s or man’s.

Going back to James 5:13-15…

The fact that things progress from an illness to a sickness is proof that we have not been adhering to the Word of God.

Psalm 107 is further confirmation of our disobedience.

We walk around here quoting God’s word but not applying it.

Oowee…

We declare that God cannot lie but we don’t listen when he tell us the truth.

See Psalm 107:20.

Even Jesus said why do we call on him but not do what he tells us to do. Luke 6:46.

We can turn this thing around by listening. We need to start listening now.

That is what I hear the Holy Spirit speaking.
