I came across this post I did on December 7 2015 and I realize that it’s something I need to yet consider again and never stop considering.

I found myself thinking, on this 7th day of December, 2015, at 7:30a.m., what would I receive if on this day God gave everyone their heart’s desire? What does my heart really desire?

I find that this is not something that can be trivialized.

“as a man thinketh so is he”
“out of the heart the mouth speaks”
“safeguard the heart”
… so many verses come to mind

What would I receive? What is on my heart? If God read my heart what would HE find there?

Would I be happy with what I received? Would it be what I truly wanted?

I think too much…
