I initially began writing this on the 8th day of AV at 3:35AM (July 26, 2023).
I didn’t think it would take as long as it has taken for me to complete this. (Truth is, it is not completed.) I also didn’t think that I would be breaking the writing down into pieces. But, I had no choice.
After all of what I was discovering in my examination of Isaiah 2:1-5 and Micah 4:1-5, after realizing that they both were identical, it was just so amazing that while I was writing I also realized that the information was so powerful that to share it all in one piece would drown each amazing piece out.
So, with that being said, unexpectedly, I ironically shared Isaiah 2:4 first regarding the ploughshares and the pruning shears. Now, in this post, I am backtracking so that I can now share Isaiah 2:2,3 and I’m struggling with whether to share them both together or to separate them also.
All I know is, this is amazing and I can’t sit on this and not share it any longer. I really believe that it will bless the personal studies of everyone who enjoys it.
So without any further ado…
Enjoy!

The message is not coming from Ezekiel at all, but we will be looking at both Isaiah and Micah and unlocking the prophecy that they both identically spoke. Why?

Because at the mouth of two or three witnesses every matter is firmly established. So let’s look at Isaiah 2: 1-5 and Micah 4:1-5 side by side

I underlined the parts that are different between the two.
Now that you have read both Isaiah and Micah, compared their similarities and noticed their differences, let’s begin unlocking these verses.
In order to do this we will need a key:

Using this key, we will now go over these verses:
Both Isaiah 2 and Micah 4 opens by letting us know when:
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days…
This is our time frame that is being addressed. We are living in “the latter days” and therefore, this necessitates our paying more than the usual attention to what is about to be said.

We will not be rushing through anything. We will be paying attention to everything spoken. Therefore, continuing with verse 2 of Isaiah chapter 2, we will use the key provided above to help in our understanding of what we are reading.
So with that being said, let’s continue…
…That the mountain
A careful search of God’s Word has revealed that the reference to mountains in the Word of God is referring to governments (See Daniel 2: 28-45) so we don’t have to spend a lot of time with this one. We can actually keep moving on.
…of the Lord’s house
I have been studying the Hebrew aleph-bet since November of last year. This symbol shown below is the second letter of the aleph-bet. It is the letter Bet.

There is another symbol that looks exactly like it called a Vet.

The difference between the two is the dot in the middle called the dagesh.
One of the things that I learned about the dagesh is that it represents the Holy Spirit.
You see, the Vet is a house of flesh, and the Bet is a Holy Spirit filled house. Those who are led by the Holy Spirit are called Bet. It’s a lifestyle, an amazing lifestyle that can be read about in the book Messiah Principles by Dr. Derek Sheavly, and that can be learned about in the classes that are taught every Monday night at 6pm CST/ 7pm EST on the Facebook Live page of Dr. Derek Sheavly.

So, at the very beginning of Isaiah chapter 2, we are being directed to look at the government of the Lord’s House. This is a government that is inhabited by those who are led by the Holy Spirit. Look at what God’s Word tells us about God’s government.
…Shall be established

Establish means to set up on a firm and permanent basis; start, begin, put in place, institute, plant, install… This is not a government where there is a vote every four years as to who will hold office. This is not a government that will have to go to war from time to time to keep from being overthrown. According to Daniel 2:44, God’s Government (Kingdom) will crush and destroy all of the other governments and kingdoms ran by man, and it will never be passed on from person to person. Isaiah and Micah both confirm the location of God’s Government.
…on the top of the mountains,

We already know that the mountains represent governments. So God’s government will be ESTABLISHED (firmly andpermanently set) on the top of the mountains ( governments) that exist today – man’s governments.
Not only is the government of God greater than the governments being ruled by man, but this is what we are next told…
…And shall be exalted

The definition for exalt (the verb) reveals more about this word.

Look at the synonyms listed for exalt. So the mountain of the Lord’s House, the Government of GOD, shall be lifted high above the governments of this world.
I need to pause here for a minute and restate that again a little louder.
The mountain of the Lord’s House, the Government of GOD, shall be lifted high above the governments of this world.
As long as Christians are looking to the governments of man for answers, the government of God is not being lifted HIGH ABOVE the governments of this world.
As long as Christians are still fighting over politics with one another – Left versus Right, although God’s Word tells us not to turn to the left or the right, God’s government is not being lifted HIGH ABOVE the governments of this world.
Since I went there, let me say this also…
Nothing is hidden from our heavenly Father. HE sees everything.
But what I want to emphasize is that HE tells us that HE does not see things the way we see them. We judge things based upon the outward appearance. But God sees things different.

God looks at our hearts.
What is God seeing when HE looks into our hearts?
- When we talk all this great Christian lingo,
- when we have a great “word” and “sermonette”,
- when we are all preachy,
and then we support man’s governments, and align ourselves, taking sides in the political goings on of these governments, what does God see in our hearts?
Are we putting our trust in man’s governments in our hearts?
We like to say that we “trust God” then we say a word that cancels all that great faith talk completely out. We say
“BUT…”
The minute you say “but” you can forget everything else that you said.
Either God is able or He is not.
Either God is greater or He is not.
It is one thing to talk about something and then say “BUT…” and begin to talk about how great God is over anything else you might have said. But to talk about God and then say “But…” mean you have just elevated the thing you were preparing to talk about over God making it greater than God.
I know that my posts are read in many different countries. I cannot speak for other countries, but for the one that I live in, it does not matter what political group holds office – democratic or republican, man does not have the answer for anything that we all face on this earth regardless of who takes office.
The mountain of the Lord’s House, the Government of GOD, shall be lifted high above the governments of this world.
ALL of them.
I need to get out of my feelings with this. So let me take a minute and praise our Creator.
God’s views are higher than ours. God doesn’t see things the way we do. We are told to “not lean upon our own understanding but in all of our ways to acknowledge Him…” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
When God is looking at our hearts, what is HE seeing? Are we lifting HIM up or are we putting our trust in the government offices of man.
Are we lifting God’s government HIGH ABOVE the governments of this world?
AND
Exalted where???
above the hills;

Using the key given at the very beginning of this, the hills represents places of worship ( religion, church).

Since the very beginning Christians have sought out high places for their houses of worship.
Here is something that we need to pay special attention to in reference to hills and mountains:
A hill is not as tall as mountains are, but they are just like mountains in that there is governance that comes with hills.
Throughout the bible you read of high hills where people performed some type of worship service. (See 1Kings 12:31; Jeremiah 3:22-23; 17:2-3)
So, when reading of mountains and hills, it is the same as when reading of Jerusalem and Judah with the exception of the fact that Jerusalem would be the hill and Judah would be the mountain. This is because Judah represents leadership (kings and princes), and Jerusalem was the place of worship (representing pastoral).
By referencing them as mountains and hills we are able to see the authority of each. While the church has authority, its authority is lesser than that of the government. We are actually able to see this in the Gospel accounts of Jesus arrest.
Let’s look at this recorded event now:
John 18:28-31 New King James Version
In Pilate’s Court
28 Then they led Jesus from Caiaphas to the Praetorium, and it was early morning. But they themselves did not go into the Praetorium, lest they should be defiled, but that they might eat the Passover. 29 Pilate then went out to them and said, “What accusation do you bring against this Man?”
30 They answered and said to him, “If He were not an evildoer, we would not have delivered Him up to you.”
31 Then Pilate said to them, “You take Him and judge Him according to your law.”
Therefore the Jews said to him, “It is not lawful for us to put anyone to death,”
John 19:4-7 New King James Version
4 Pilate then went out again, and said to them, “Behold, I am bringing Him out to you, that you may know that I find no fault in Him.”
Pilate’s Decision
5 Then Jesus came out, wearing the crown of thorns and the purple robe. And Pilate said to them, “Behold the Man!”
6 Therefore, when the chief priests and officers saw Him, they cried out, saying, “Crucify Him, crucify Him!”
Pilate said to them, “You take Him and crucify Him, for I find no fault in Him.”
7 The Jews answered him, “We have a law, and according to our law He ought to die, because He made Himself the Son of God.”
So, here you see the mountains and the hills.
Both have authority and laws, but the mountains have a greater authority than the hills just like the government has a greater authority than the church, and a king has greater authority than a priest.
I think this is something that the church misses. While Jesus is our great High Priest, He is returning as KING, not priest. This is why Hebrews chapter 7 refers to Him as being in the order of Melchizedek.
Also, Hebrews 8:4 says that if Jesus were on earth “he would not be a priest, for there are already men who offer the gifts prescribed by the law.”
So the hills, represents the churches, the places of worship, and we are told that the mountain (government, kingdom) of God will be exalted (glorified) above the hills.
Alright I need to pause here for a second because…
Okay, I can’t beat around the bush with this. I must say that I tried to not add this part but am not being allowed to.
The mountains are higher than the hills. For the church to disrespect the authority of the government is an act of disobedience against God per Romans 13:1-4. The only time that the church can take a stand is when they are being asked to do something that goes against what God’s Word says. (See Acts 5:29) We will discuss more of this later.
Let’s move forward in our consideration of Isaiah chapter 2 and Micah chapter 4.
Read more: Exalted Above the Mountains and Hills -A Practical Application and Unlocking of Isaiah 2 and Micah 4.And all nations
Micah says “Peoples” where Isaiah says “nations”.
This coincides with what we are told at John 3:16

Whoever = whatever person : no matter who.
So for all those trying to promote that you must be of a specific religious belief, or of a specific nationality or race, God’s Word does not say that. God’s Word clearly says that “whoever believes in Him”, in Jesus, the Son of God. There is no stipulation other than to believe.
shall flow to it.
Flow to what? The Mountain (government)? NO!
The Hill (places of worship)? NO!
But to the Mountain of the LORD’s House.
Religion might find this offensive because all of this time they have dominated worship and how it is done. But Isaiah is clear in saying that the mountain of the Lord’s House will be exalted above the hills, and to “it” the nations and people shall flow.

Many people shall come
(Micah says “nations” where Isaiah says “people”.)
Jeremiah 3:11-18 NKJV
11 Then the Lord said to me, “Backsliding Israel has shown herself more righteous than treacherous Judah. 12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say: ‘Return, backsliding Israel,’ says the Lord; ‘I will not cause My anger to fall on you. For I am merciful,’ says the Lord; ‘I will not remain angry forever. 13 Only acknowledge your iniquity, That you have transgressed against the Lord your God, And have scattered your charms To alien deities under every green tree, And you have not obeyed My voice,’ says the Lord. 14 “Return, O backsliding children,” says the Lord; “for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion. 15 And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding. 16 “Then it shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the land in those days,” says the Lord, “that they will say no more, ‘The ark of the covenant of the Lord.’ It shall not come to mind, nor shall they remember it, nor shall they visit it, nor shall it be made anymore. 17 “At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the Lord, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem. No more shall they follow the dictates of their evil hearts. 18 “In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given as an inheritance to your fathers.
Zephaniah 3:8-13 NKJV
“Therefore wait for Me,” says the Lord, “Until the day I rise up for plunder; My determination is to gather the nations To My assembly of kingdoms, To pour on them My indignation, All My fierce anger; All the earth shall be devoured With the fire of My jealousy. 9 “For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him with one accord. 10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, The daughter of My dispersed ones, Shall bring My offering. 11 In that day you shall not be shamed for any of your deeds In which you transgress against Me; For then I will take away from your midst Those who rejoice in your pride, And you shall no longer be haughty In My holy mountain. 12 I will leave in your midst A meek and humble people, And they shall trust in the name of the Lord. 13 The remnant of Israel shall do no unrighteousness And speak no lies, Nor shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth; For they shall feed their flocks and lie down, And no one shall make them afraid.”
18 “In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given as an inheritance to your fathers.
Jeremiah 3:18 NKJV
Remember Judah represents leadership and Israel represents the people of God as a whole. Jeremiah 3:18 says that they shall come walking together.
Currently, there is a division amongst the people and the government. Practically in every nation there is an uprising.
Here in the United States, they are still trying to impeach the former president, and at the same time I have seen news articles about the desire to impeach the current president.

I was delayed in sharing this one and I understood the delay. But was my understanding of the delay accurate?

I chose to go to sleep on what I thought I understood. Twelve hours laters I hear the same thing loud and clear so I must say it here again.
The mountains are higher than the hills.
The mountain of God (God’s Kingdom/Government) is established above the tops of the mountains and exalted above the hills.
So everyone has someone that they are accountable too. Leaders must keep this in mind especially the hills who are not connected to a specific denomination.
Out of Zion, Heavenly Jerusalem, which sits on top of the mountains, goes forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem (the hill). Jesus is not just Chief High Priest. Jesus is also KING.
Governing authorities are placed in their poisitions by God and we are told that whoever resists against authority is resisting the ordinance of God.

Unless we are being asked to do something that goes against what the Lord Almighty tells us to do, we are to be obedient to all superior authority because they are assigned their positions by God. Rebellion towards superior authorities is rebellion against God.

I recently was reminded in God’s Word that back in the day not every one held weapons. (1 Samuel 13:16-23) Along with that, not everyone knew how to read. This is something that we take for granted today – the ability to read. So in the days of the Bible the people looked to the religious leaders to learn the Word of God. It was the responsibility of the hills (Jerusalem, religious leaders) to teach the Word of the Lord to the people.
Today,we have free access to the word of God. Today we have access to the Word of God in our native languages. Today we have no excuse for why we are not reading God’s Word. We have access to audio bibles, and bible apps on our electronic devices.
and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
Remember the mountain is higher than the hill. When we begin to make use of the opportunity that we have to take in the Word of God daily we find that we will begin to move beyond the hills to begin to climb mountains. We move beyond religion where we learn to hear the Word to relationship where we press to enter in…
To the house of the God of Jacob;
This reminds me of the experience that Jacob had that is found at Genesis 28:10-22. Jacob was travelling from Beersheba to Haran trying to escape from his brother Esau who was planning to kill him. In the midst of his travels, he stopped to rest and had this amazing experience.
Genesis 28:10-22 New King James Version Jacob’s Vow at Bethel 10 Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran. 11 So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep. 12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. 13 And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: “I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants. 14 Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. 15 Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” 16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, “Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.” 17 And he was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!” 18 Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it. 19 And he called the name of that place Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously. 20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on, 21 so that I come back to my father’s house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God. 22 And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God’s house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You.”
HE will teach us HIS ways,
In order to understand this and not commonize it, or generalize it, we must look at Isaiah 54:11-13. Keep in mind, as we look over this, that God will teach us HIS ways.
Isaiah 54:11-13New King James Version
11 “O you afflicted one,
This is one who is suffering with pain or trouble
Tossed with tempest,
A tempest is a violent and windy storm. The fact that it is windy and violent is the words spoken.
and not comforted,
Not being comforted means that you will have to go through it.
Behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems,
Speaks to a time of restoration where we are being prepared to be changed from a house of flesh (vet) to a house of God (bet) – a dwelling place. (1Chronicles 29:2)
And lay your foundations
The foundation is the ground level. the lowest part.
with sapphires.
Sapphires represent wisdom, stimulating concentration, enhancing creativity, promoting purity and depth of thought truth, correctness, honesty, holy indulgence, intelligence, education, and the ability to make wise and good choices.
12 I will make your pinnacles
A pinnacle is the most successful point.
of rubies,
Rubies promote loving, nurturing, health, knowledge, and wealth, improved energy and concentration, creativity, loyalty, honor and compassion. It is protective of home, family, and possessions. It symbolizes the divine sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Its color is that of the blood of Christ. The Bible states that an excellent woman (one who is spiritual, capable, intelligent, and virtuous) is of more value than a ruby.
Your gates
Gates are entrance and exit ways, doorways: eye, ear, mouth, nose

Crystal means clear, unblemished. It promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual healing by positively interacting with a body’s energy field. A crystal’s presence is clearly felt despite having one of the quietest personalities. It is sweet, smart, empathetic and sensitive by nature.
And all your walls
Walls are barriers, separators, partitions, confines, bounds. They might be seen as something that imprisons, but they are also structures that protect by providing security and shelter.
of precious stones.
references to precious stones is usually a metaphor for attributes such as value, wealth, beauty, strength, and longsuffering or durability.
This references a restoration to an unprecedented splendor. (See Revelation 21:18.)
13 All your children shall be taught by the Lord,
And great shall be the peace of your children.
Verse 13 is a verse that I cling to for my children. It is a promise of God that I hold tight to so that no matter what happens and no matter what my eyes see, I hold to the promise of God which will come to pass and I wait for it, trusting the process. It’s also a promise that I am grateful for in reference to myself because I see it as a promise given to my mother and grandmother regarding me. For I have great peace.

And we shall walk in His paths.”
I can tell you from experience that when you have been taught by the Lord frfr, you are not quick to take a path other than what He has put you on.
In my Hebrew classes, I have learned that there are two words that mean knowledge – da’at and yada.
Da’at is knowledge gained from being taught. It is knowledge that is learned. Whereas yada is knowledge gained through experience. I have learned that God wants to teach us, and that we shouldn’t have to learn from bumping our heads.
Nevertheless, there are some who have to “see for themselves” and for their rebelliousness, several times in Romans 1:18-32 we read that God gave them up.

We are told the story of the prodigal who had to learn the hard way, through the things he suffered. But we are also shown the heart of the father who watched for his son everyday until he returned. This is our Heavenly Father’s heart for us all. His desire is that none of us lose our lives but that we all attain to repentance. 2Peter 3:9. So, like a loving parent, HE corrects us with discipline.

Also, the emphasis needs to be placed on the fact that God Himself will teach us. The issue raised in all of the prophetic books of the bible is that those who were responsible for teaching the people of God were not doing do. (See Isaiah 3:14-15)
For out of Zion
Zion is another name for Heavenly Jerusalem. It is the dwelling place of our Heavenly Father.

God’s Word tells us a lot about Zion. For example, we learn that the true church should be a shadow of the Heavenly one. It should be a mirror image.

Hebrews 8:3-5New International Version
3 Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer. 4 If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already priests who offer the gifts prescribed by the law. 5 They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: “See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”
Jerusalem was to be a representative on earth of Heavenly Jerusalem which is the Kingdom of God. God’s Kingdom is a Government. Just like man’s government has laws, God’s Kingdom has laws that we must abide by as Isaiah 2:3 continues to show us. For we are told, “out of Zion…
shall go forth the law,
This part here. I feel like I need to separate some of this but it keeps taking me back to mountains and hills which is why I havent separated it thus far.
This is the part that really needs to be talked about because all you ever hear from the pulpit is that “we are not under the law”, followed by how we don’t have to slaughter animals anymore.
While it is true that we do not have to offer up animal sacrifices, that is not the only part of the law. There is so much more to the law than the slaughtering of animals. That part we don’t have to do because King Jesus is and was the Lamb of God who only needed to offer himself as a sacrifice once.
To present that we are not under law and use as evidence of that the reasoning that we no longer offer animal sacrifices is misleading and causes confusion. The truth of the matter is that Jesus said that He didn’t come to do away with the law but to fulfill it.

I have heard it said across the pulpit that if you want to be under the law then you might as well sacrifice animals also. That reasoning is faulty. In order to explain why lets look at a conversation that Jesus had when questioned about the law.
Matthew 22:34-40 NKJV
The Scribes: Which Is the First Commandment of All?
34 But when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 Then one of them, a lawyer, asked Him a question, testing Him, and saying, 36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
King Jesus, who is the Way, the TRUTH, and the Life would not have responded this way if there were no laws that we needed to abide by. When they questioned Him about divorce, He made it clear to them that divorce was a concession made by Moses, not God. (See Matthew 19:3-12; Mark 10:2-12)
Understand that not being under the law is the same as being lawless.
Also, many do not understand the old covenant and the new covenant, but while that is a discussion for another time, this needs to be understood about the new covenant:
The very first two things that God said HE would do under the new covenant are 1) Put HIS laws in our minds and 2) write them on our hearts. (See Jeremiah 31:33 and Hebrew 8:10)
There is no way you can be a part of God’s Kingdom and think there are no laws.
So the King of God’s Government dwells in Zion which is Heavenly Jerusalem. The King issues out laws to His subjects.

We are His subjects, and our responsibility is to hear, listen, believe and obey the laws that King Jesus gives us.

So, the King will issue forth the laws that will come down to us from Zion which is Heavenly Jerusalem
And the word of the Lord
from Jerusalem.
and Jerusalem, who is a shadow of Heavenly Jerusalem, has the responsibility of teaching that law, which is the word of God , to us.
Using the Key, what does Jerusalem represent? Do you remember?
He shall judge
The job of judging belongs to the KING, our LORD and Savior. End of story. Case closed. We will be judged on our obedience to the laws that HE commanded.

between the nations,
finally all of this nationalism and racism will be ended.
And rebuke

many people;

Yes, many will be checked. You see, there are several laws that we were commanded. Just to name a couple, one was that the law was to not depart from our mouths and we were to read in it every day and inculcate it in the hearts of our children. Another is that we were to love one another.
They shall beat their swords
into plowshares,
This part is available in a separate post because it by itself was so amazing. So I will end this here and encourage you to view the other post about the plowshares and pruning shears.
