Have you ever started working on something before you knew that you were working on it only for it to come together as a puzzle with different parts having been started at different times. That is what this has turned out to be for me. I started thinking about it on Sunday, October 15th (Tishrei 30/Chesvan 1), only to find that I first began writing from this particular section of Psalm 119 on August 19th lol.

Today is Tuesday October 17 2023 ( Chesvan 2, 5784, and it is the date that this will actually be shared. This is all so amazing. So lets start with the video from Sunday where I was first being overwhelmed with the answer – YES
Ok I know you all already knew this and just didn’t say anything because, well, who could prove it – at least that is why I didn’t say anything until today.
A year or so ago (in my personal research) I discovered something I never heard across a platform. I didn’t say anything because I couldn’t prove it then. I don’t remember what I was researching at the time but I couldn’t prove it so I didn’t say anything.
Today, Tuesday, October 17th, I am again in Psalm 119 dealing with the last three verses of the Gimel; and babay, let me tell you it is giving lol

This is also an increase because opened eyes involves being able to take in, but every eye that is open cannot see. Let’s look and see what the Prophet Isaiah was told about this.

So, to have our eyes opened to see is a wealth in and of itself because we are taking in with an understanding, not just anything, but the wondrous things from God’s law which makes for our healing.
For example, this is seen in how the woman with the issue of blood knew that she needed to touch the hem of the garment of Jesus to be made whole, and when she did she received her healing. Yet, regarding everyone else who crowded around and bumped Jesus, none of them received the miraculous healing in the various areas of their lives in spite of the fact that they were in such close proximity to Jesus. Their eyes were not opened to see the wondrous things from God’s law. On the other hand, the woman with the issue of blood knew that if she touched the hem of His garment she would be made whole.

Here is another example of the wealth of this verse:
Many do not read God’s Word because they don’t understand it. So to have one’s eyes opened to see and understand God’s Word is truly an amazing experience. It creates a hunger to read more and learn more – wondrous things from God’s law – things that make for our healing, for our peace, for our freedom, and for our deliverance.

This is definitely not my home. As a citizen of the Kingdom of God, yet Ambassadors of Christ here, to stay connected, I need to see, with understanding, God’s Commandments so that I can carry them out.

This again takes me back to the commissioning of Isaiah, and what Isaiah was told in verse 10 as shown above.

It is a craving that comes once your eyes have been opened to having God’s Word opened and unlocked to you.

Throughout the Bible we are told that God resists the proud. Here, we are told that the proud are cursed, and we are told why – they have strayed from God’s commands.

So, I’m looking at verse 22, and I’m digging into the reproach and contempt that I would ask God to remove from me, as I keep His testimonies, and this is why my studies took a turn.
As I read the verse, I found myself asking God to remove from me anything that would separate me from God, from His Presence, from the smile of His favor.
I decided to look up the definition of reproach first.
and the word reproach transported me back to Cain and Abel.
And as I was prepared to consider what happened the day of the offering, I got distracted.

I was reminded of what I had learned a long time ago, that Cain and Abel were twins, but this time I was allowed to see the proof in the pudding (to see the proof in the scriptures).
Why were we made to think otherwise?
I think maybe because normally people birth single births and twin births, though not rare, are not as common as single births.
Well let me share the proof lol.
Genesis 4:1 says Adam knew Eve his wife
(That means they had sex) and she conceived and bore Cain.
So, we know he was the first
We also know that when twins exit the womb they don’t pop out at the same time. You have one, then you wait for the next contraction to come to push the 2nd one out. So, they are minutes apart.
In between those precious minutes a lot can happen to care for the first that popped out. In a hospital, usually twins have their own set of nurses; and when the first one comes out, the first set of nurses go to work to clear the nose and cover the child.
Well, Eve covered Cain by saying …
“I have acquired a man from the Lord”
This et-man (long explanation of which I am not yet ready to go into except to say et-man means Aleph Tav (אֶת) man that we are all supposed to be) was named Cain (in Hebrew et-aChayn אֶת־אָחִ֖יו et-Kayin)
The very next verse (Verse #2) says
“Then she bore again” but it didn’t say that Adam knew her again.
This is a Key point of which I just checked 18 translations including the Hebrew translation shown below.
Gen 4:2 (WLC)
Gen 4:2 WLC –
Isn’t that beautiful y’all. (That is so beautiful to me). Oh, and I put the parenthesis around the names of Cain and Abel whose names both started with et-
(To see that blew me away.)
So my proof that they were twins came from one word found in Genesis 4:25
“And Adam knew his wife ‘AGAIN’, and she had a son and named him Seth.
Notice that Eve did not speak a covering over Abel like she did over Cain, but she did speak over Seth.
How about that.
I might look into that later (lol) if the Lord leads me.
So now I can say this…
When I first learned of the twins, I learned that Cain was the stronger of the two. Thus he grew up to work in the field which was toil and labor because the ground at that time was cursed
Which, by the way, y’all do know the ground is not cursed anymore right?
Of course you do
Here is the cursed ground: Genesis 3:17b-18
Here is the ground with the curse reversed: Genesis 8: 21
Wait !!! What!!! Aahhhh!!! Video time lol
Video 1 in the moment (forgive me I now see why I didn’t release this. I have to find these videos so I can add them later.)
Video 2 the revelation
Video 3 not guilty (I will add this video later lol. I have to find it. Forgive me for this slight
The next part was written August 19, 2023 not knowing I was writing then for now:
Even though princes sit plotting against me,
your servant will meditate on your statutes.
Psalm 119:23
So I have taken to listening to the 119th Psalm over and over and this time I listen while looking at it. I hear differently when I listen with my ears vs when I listen with my eyes and this time I wanted to do both and that’s when I saw heard and was reminded.
I was reminded of something that was said to me,
“I send this because we need to know what’s going on” [paraphrased]
So Im listening and reading with my eyes and I see the above
“even though princes sit plotting against me…”
Princes – Thanks to my studies I realize that these are people who hold positions of authority. They are not the King (dictator, governmental ruler, president, etc) but they have the authority to act on behalf of the king. So these are ones who hold governmental positions of authority. These are also those who have been authorized to do something.
So, now I think of the various governmental “offices” such as
- the FDA – the Food and Drug Administration, which approves the use of certain chemicals in our foods
- the USDA – the United States Department of Agriculture, which is supposed to ensure that the products being released is safe for the environment and for the consumption of humans and animals
*Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
National Center for Health Statistics
National Institute of Biomedical Imaging & Bioengineering
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
National Science Foundation (NSF)
U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS)
all who along with the FDA and USDA has something to do with bioengineering.
So they sit in these offices and in these labs and they make decisions that affect us all.
“even though princes sit plotting against me…” Psalm 119:23 says
and Psalm 119:23 continues with where our focus should be
“your servant will meditate on your statutes.”
YOUR SERVANT, those who serve the LORD,
will meditate – my thoughts, the meditations of my heart,
on YOUR statutes – found in the Word of the Lord
Many times I am sent videos and reels of what is going on in this world.
Those who know me know that my response will always speak to the Sovereignty of my Heavenly FATHER above any and everything that is going on in this world.
I know and believe that GOD is able to protect HIS people while administering judgment on this world.
I know and believe that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.
I know and believe that many are the plans of man but it is the purpose of God that will prevail.
I know and believe what Jesus said would be the outcome of those who are believers – ” … if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them…” Mark 16:18 As a matter of fact, it was that verse that restored my peace as I cried out in prayerful concern over those who were being convinced to take an inoculation shot against a plague when God’s Word was clear
2 Chronicles 7:13 New International Version
13 “When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people,
shutting up the heavens so that there is no rain is a FINANCIAL issue. when there is no rain, nothing grows. fires happen because of the dryness. this causes shortages. shortages lead to high prices.
Locust devouring is a RELATIONAL ISSUE because it represents destruction. locusts are destroyers. so you are looking at things breaking down. communication breakdowns. loss of job. things breaking down (cars, appliances, home). death. divorce. separations.
A plague is disease, pestilence, continual trouble
GOD said, ” If I shut up…, command,… or send…”
GOD said that HE did it.
Revelation speaks of the pouring out of bowls, the blowing of trumpets, the opening of seals that happened in heaven and all that would occur on earth because of it.
Luke 21:26
New International Version
26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.
Y’all can be faint out of fear if y’all want because y’all are paying attention to the princes who are plotting against you.
But as for me, I am a servant of the LORD and I choose to meditate on the statutes of the LORD.
Notice that Psalm 119 opens by describing those who are blessed
א ALEPH
Blessed are those whose way is blameless,
who walk in the law of the Lord!
2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies,
who seek him with their whole heart,
3 who also do no wrong,
but walk in his ways!
4 You have commanded your precepts
to be kept diligently.
5 Oh that my ways may be steadfast
in keeping your statutes!
6 Then I shall not be put to shame,
having my eyes fixed on all your commandments.
7 I will praise you with an upright heart,
when I learn your righteous rules.[b]
8 I will keep your statutes;
do not utterly forsake me!
I cannot walk in the law of the Lord and keep HIS statutes if I am wasting my time focusing on the antics of those who do not fear God. I already know what their outcome is going to be. Why would I focus on what they are doing…
… except if in my heart I was looking to see if they would somehow succeed.
Do you see how deceptive that is?
Can you see the craftiness of the serpent in trying to use what we focus on to subvert us from walking in the path that God laid out for us?
Have humans not learned anything yet?
(okay that was a little harsh but I said it)
Eve didn’t think about the tree she was told not to eat from until the Devil drew her attention to it.
Genesis 3:6
New International Version
6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.
Peter did not sink until he took his eyes, his focus, off of the Lord
Matthew 14:30
New International Version
30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, “Lord, save me!”
What Peter SAW caused him to become afraid.
2 Corinthians 5:7
English Standard Version
7 for we walk by faith, not by sight.
But the subtle sneaky SERPENT will try to subvert the walk of faith by redirecting our attention.
consider this…
Does a person need to try illicit drugs to know that it’s bad for them? Does a person need to experience evil to know that it’s not good?
I recently learned that there are two ways to receive knowledge
Yada (hebrew) means to experience it
Da’at (hebrew) means to learn from teaching
God told Adam and Eve what not to do and why. GOD told Adam and Eve what the outcome would be if they did what they were told not to do.
They were given da’at (knowledge from teaching), so did they really need yada (knowledge from experience)?
Is experience really the “best” teacher?
Genesis 3:4-5
English Standard Version
4 But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. 5 For God KNOWS that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, KNOWING good and evil.”
We KNOW how that worked out for Adam and Eve.
We are affected by death because of their choice to “see for themselves”.
The serpent is so slick that he will even try to lure us with “Christian comedy skits” where the phrase is repeated, “I’ll just see for myself” as one navigates life and communicates with the Lord.
To tell the Lord, “I’ll just see for myself” is an act of rebellion against what the Lord has instructed us not to do. It is an act of unbelief.
No different from a parent who tells a child to not touch the stove because it is hot and the child says to the parent “I’ll see for myself” and they touch the stove. What is the outcome going to be?
DUH!
(again checking my attitude and tone in writing but it’s a no-brainer – or it should be.)
You will hear things like “God wants us to know…”
UHM… I think the truth is God wants us to believe HIM. God wants us to trust HIM. God wants us to have faith in HIM and if God wanted us to know something HE would have told us.
God told Adam what tree (the tree of knowledge of good and evil).
God told Adam where the tree was at (in the middle of the garden).
God told Adam what would happen if that tree was eaten from (you will positively die).
Did they really need to eat from the tree to find out what would happen?
The serpent is slick, and will twist stuff.
“you need to see it so you can pray for it”
Really?
That’s not what God’s Word says.
Mark 13:11
English Standard Version
11 And when they bring you to trial and deliver you over, do not be anxious beforehand what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour, for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
New King James Version
11 But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
Im all for understanding with the ability to apply in my life what I read, so lets look a little closer at this (from the NKJV)
“When they arrest you…” (Do you know what arrest means, or do you only see police officers taking someone to jail? when they stop you, when they single you out to get your attention)
“… and deliver you up…” (Do you understand what it means to be delivered up? Have you ever ordered a pizza and asked for it to be delivered? This means that it is brought to you.)
and here comes the command from the Lord
“Do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak?”
(People will tell you that “you need to see…, you need to know… so that you will know how to pray”. Keyword “so that you will know”. Know what? How to act? How to respond? For real? But Jesus said to “not worry beforehand or premeditate” and HE told us why )
“… But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.”
Do I, therefore, really need to see something so that I can pray about it? I don’t think so.
Did Noah need to see the rain so that he could build the Ark?
Righteousness was counted to Noah because Noah believed in God without having to first see what God promised.
You have to understand I purposely used different scenarios because though the scenario is different the principle is the same
and that takes me back to Psalm 119:23
Even though princes sit plotting against me,
your servant will meditate on your statutes.
Psalm 119:23
I don’t need to see what is going on in this world to know what to pray for.
God’s Word tells us in Genesis 6:5 that the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Though HE was referring to Noah’s time, Jesus told us that our day would be like it was in Noah’s day.
Regarding the wicked, we are told in Proverbs chapter 6
The Wicked Man
12 A worthless person, a wicked man,
Walks with a perverse mouth;
13 He winks with his eyes,
He shuffles his feet,
He points with his fingers;
14 Perversity is in his heart,
He devises evil continually,
He sows discord.
15 Therefore his calamity shall come suddenly;
Suddenly he shall be broken without remedy.
The Apostle Peter told us that it is not God’s desire that anyone lose their lives but that all attain repentance.
Now let me ask this question:
For those of you who say that “we need to see (what is happening in the world) so that we can know what to pray for.”
After you “saw”, did you stop and pray to God about the situation you saw, or did you proceed to focus on the issue itself by passing it along?
I need to make sure that I am not doing the same thing and that when I share something I am sharing God’s Word with it to point a person to the fulfillment of God’s Word or a clarity in understanding how to apply a particular word gained through what we see.
I now realize that sharing negative news reports of evil is the same as sowing discord.
God’s Word tells us to build ourselves up on our most holy faith and to encourage one another. But a negative news report shared without sharing also what God’s Word says is the same as sowing discord. Same principle. and I don’t want to be guilty of doing that. So even I will pay more attention to what I share and pass along of what others have posted.
My intent and focus is to always elevate the Lord God Almighty above all situations and circumstances…
- Jesus said if He be lifted up He will draw all men unto Himself”
… and to encourage inspire and motivate to love and fine works.
I can’t do that if my focus is not on King Jesus and on His laws and statutes.
We speak from the meditations of our hearts.
As a servant of the Lord, I have my instructions from the Lord
Psalm 119 continues
ב BETH
9 How can a young man keep his way pure?
By guarding it according to your word.
10 With my whole heart I seek you;
let me not wander from your commandments!
11 I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you.
12 Blessed are you, O Lord;
teach me your statutes!
13 With my lips I declare
all the rules of your mouth.
14 In the way of your testimonies I delight
as much as in all riches.
15 I will meditate on your precepts
and fix my eyes on your ways.
16 I will delight in your statutes;
ג GIMEL
17 Deal bountifully with your servant,
that I may live and keep your word.
18 Open my eyes, that I may behold
wondrous things out of your law.
19 I am a sojourner on the earth;
hide not your commandments from me!
20 My soul is consumed with longing
for your rules[d] at all times.
21 You rebuke the insolent, accursed ones,
who wander from your commandments.
22 Take away from me scorn and contempt,
for I have kept your testimonies.
23 Even though princes sit plotting against me,
your servant will meditate on your statutes.
24 Your testimonies are my delight;
they are my counselors.
I will not forget your word.
So far in all I am reading I have not yet read where I need to pay attention to what is going on in this world.
Children of God, be watchful, check what you hear people saying to you. Don’t take what someone says to you to be correct because you respect titles.
We are told to test the spirit by the Spirit.
Know whether the flesh or the spirit is standing before you.
Reject the flesh. We are supposed to crucify the flesh.
Galatians 5:24-26
New King James Version
24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
Note:
The fleshly man is not going to like this post. The fleshly man is not supposed to. The spirit man will understand this post and be encouraged and built up in faith by it.
We are to crucify our flesh so the part I wrote about the posts we share cut me too and I still posted it because I receive that correction.
That which I shared about seeing stuff and praying about it instead of just sharing it. Why would I post something so that “you can see it and know what to pray for”? Am I praying for it?
James 5: 16 tells us that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Then, the next person proceeds to tell us about Elijah. It didn’t say that Elijah went and called some of his associates and they prayed. No, instead it speaks of the effective and fervent prayer of Elijah.
When you know that you pray effectively and fervently because you have the Holy Spirit helping you (Romans 8:26-27) you wont feel the need to call someone else to pray for “whatever that thing is” also because you know that your Heavenly Father heard you when you prayed in the name of Jesus. and you know that Jesus said that whatever you ask Father for, in His name, He will do it. and YOU BELIEVE HIM.
When a child wants something from the parent, they go and ask their parent for what they want. They don’t feel like they have to go grab someone to go with them to ask because of the intimate relationship they have with their parent. So they go in confidence to ask, with a hope and an expectation of receiving.
So…
having gotten all of that off my chest LOL…
I am heading back into my position of meditating on the Word of God and know that when I am called out of it that I will be speaking what my heart has been meditating upon.
WOW!!!
Today is December 18 2023 and I thought I had shared this post.
I found it as I prepared to release the next Psalm 119 segment on the Dalet.
Well you will get two today lol.
